Al-Muhaidib for Building Materials has been cautious in terms of its social and national responsibility towards the sons of this nations with special needs.  It has undertaken the responsibility to care for three individuals with special needs in providing them jobs in the sales department in the Southern Region.  These individuals have proven their competence in completing all assigned tasks.  This has impressed their coworkers and has contributed to integrating them into the working society.  In a statement for the General Manager “Mr. Rayed Al-Ajaji”, he stated “the company is becoming active in employing and increasing the number of employees of special needs who are very close to our hearts, and are an integral part of society, who both influence it and are affected by it.  We  will provide them all necessary support, and the company is seeking to recruit others in the near future.”
