Job Description


We, Al-Muhaidib Building Materials Co., and in endeavor as a pioneer and leading company in the retail sale of building materials in the Saudi market since it was established by the late / Abdul Qader Al-Muhaidib – may Allah set his soul at rest, strive and endeavor to consolidate and boost the relation between old employees – with their different managerial levels as well as create a proper and successful working environment which targets towards realizing and consummating the aspiration of its employees in such a way that is compatible and commensurate with the objectives of the company.

The Human Resources section, Of Al-Muhaidib Building Materials Co. is considered one of the fundamental and strategic sections within the company. This is due to the fact that it assumes and undertakes the assignment of providing the specialized manpower as well as developing the skills, knowledge ability, capabilities and behavioral attitude of the employees. This is in addition to enhancing the motivation. And creating the competitive, effective, permanent and the developmental atmosphere.

Worth – to mention that the human resources section, of Al-Muhaidib Building Materials Co. currently exerts its utmost effort for developing up and upgrading its employees in collaboration with the national qualified employees for boosting and enhancing the capabilities of the national employees.
