The Opening of the First Branch of Aluminum Products in Jeddah

In God’s will, we thank him gracefully, the first branch of aluminum products has been opened in Jeddah in the “Sina3eyat al Arba’een” area in Jeddah. This comes as part of the plan to expand and improve the product range which the company deals with. The general manager of the company, "Mr. Rayed Al-Ajaji" stated that this new branch is just the first phase in the production of aluminum products, aluminum parts and accessories, and insulated aluminum panels for external coating. He also said that the company will be generalizing this attempt through opening other branches in all regions of the Kingdom.

Al-Muhaidib for Building Materials has been cautious in terms of its social and national responsibility towards the sons of this nations with special needs. It has undertaken the responsibility to care for three individuals with special needs in providing them jobs in the sales department in the Southern Region. These individuals have proven their competence in completing all assigned tasks. This has impressed their coworkers and has contributed to integrating them into the working society. In a statement for the General Manager “Mr. Rayed Al-Ajaji”, he stated “the company is becoming active in employing and increasing the number of employees of special needs who are very close to our hearts, and are an integral part of society, who both influence it and are affected by it. We will provide them all necessary support, and the company is seeking to recruit others in the near future.
Al-Muhaidib Commercial Group Launches its new Corporate Identity

The Muhaidib Commercial Saudi Group has announced the launch of it’s new identity in an effort to keep abreast the company’s developments achieved through its various activities, whether the establishment of partnerships or companies both domestically and internationally. Mosa’ab Al- Muhaidib, a member in the Board of Directors and General Manager of Al-Muhadib Co. for Technical Equipment, declared that the new identity of the group comes simultaneously with the passage of more than 65 years of its establishment by Sheikh Abdul Qadir bin Abdul Mohsen Muhaidib, (may God have mercy on him), expressing pride in the extensive balance of experience and expertise of the investment group for more than half a century.
The Muhaidib stated: “We in the Board of Directors and executive management are cautious that our new identity is a continuation of our long history, honoring a promising future, God willing, to achieve our mission as a national investment committed to the community and the
homeland, and to playing an active role in the building and development of the national economy of the Kingdom, and the influential participation in the investment market at regional and global levels, as we are part of one world.
Al-Muhaidib added about our new identity that we have drawn the new logo for the identity of Muhaidib from the poles of the Earth and our role on the global surface, and it reflects the cumulative layout of the three patterns that clearly reflect these meanings forming the map of the Earth. The group seeks to spread worldwide through this unique and modern identity.
He professed that the group has completed its restructuring during the last period with Boz & Co, and that the main objective of the restructuring was an attempt to keep pace with the growing economy with a flexible and unique structure. As a part of this, was re-directing the company from being a company operating a number of sectors to one that is invested in some sectors and these have been identified as well. He also stated that the current plan is to focus on three main sectors: real estate investment, financial investment, and strategic investment in the companies leading its field of work, and this comes from strengthening past investments and creating opportunities for future investments, God willing. He demonstrated that the goal of this was to communicate with the community, and to highlight the new logo of the group, which shows the vitality and modernism and its relevance to the current economic situation, after the company completed more than 65 years holding the former identity.
Company "Al-Muhaidib Building Materials" to obtain Last versions of ISO 9001:2

In a step which portrays Al-Muhaidib persistence to ensure it’s rooted position in the Saudi market as a leading building materials company, Al-Muhaidib has just received the latest edition of the ISO certificate 9001:2008. A party was thrown to celebrate this glorious event in the H.Q. admin building in Jeddah, which was attended by the central administration and Chairman of the Board “Emad Al- Muhaidib” and Managing Director “Eng. Raed Al-Mudaiheem” and the General Manager “Rayed Al-Ajaji”. Through this event, the Chairman of the Board extended his thanks for the company staff and urged them to move forward in giving to this company.
In a statement for the Managing Director “Raed Al-Mudaiheem”, he stated: “the company staff has given the most generous and loyal efforts which mirror the unified team work this staff holds, which has resulted in this great outcome which inevitably aids improving work procedures to achieve optimal operation management.
In an intervention of the General Manager “Rayed Al-Ajaji”, he stated: “we will not stop at this point in terms of our development goals, and we will work towards greater cooperation and continuance to apply the requirements of ISO, as well as to seize all available opportunities to develop experience to reach optimum performance in order to preserve the historic achievements of the company and its leadership for the building materials sector in the Kingdom.
It is noteworthy that “Al-Muhaidib for Building Materials” is a member of “Al Muhaidib Group and Sons” and is considered one of the largest supply companies of building materials in the Kingdom and among neighboring countries, such as UAE and Qatar. It has maintained a rapid and steady pace towards proliferation, bringing the number of branches in the Kingdom to 65 branches, and stresses its effort to increase the proliferation and expansion during the current and coming year to reach 75 branches.
Al-Muhaidib for Building Materials Honors its Veteran Employees

Al Muhaidib for Building Materials threw its third ceremonial event in July 2009 in Dammam city to honor its veteran employees in the Eastern Province who have served Al-Muhaidib for over 10 years, and the number of these staff members exceeded 52 employees. This celebration came as part of a series of staff honoring celebrations which started in Jeddah in honor of 159 employees from both the eastern and western regions. In a second celebration done in May 2009 in Riyadh, the company honored it’s veteran employees in the middle region who exceeded 135 employee. The company will end its series of celebrations in Abha where it will honor its old employees in the Southern Region.The company distributed certificates of gratitude and symbolic Swiss watches to its employees, along with a speech delivering a clear message of appreciation by the company owners to the staff members, stating “We trade you our loyalty for your commitment, and our contributions for your commendable efforts” which left a beautiful feeling in the hearts of the staff who expressed their happiness and gratitude for the company owners and management for this kind gesture.
